What You Should Know

Before your appointment

  • Eat at least 30 minutes before.

  • Ensure you have valid, government-issued ID or Passport.

  • Minors: get FL Dept of Health consent form notarized.

  • Ensure you have money to pay for your tattoo or piercing.

When you arrive for your appointment

  • Check in at front desk.

  • Complete in-house consent form with ID.

  • Piercing clients can request/select upgradable jewelry at this time.

  • If you have any questions about medications you are taking or conditions you may have, you can ask your artist at this time.

  • Double and triple check all dates and spelling prior to placing the stencil.

  • Relax and breathe; don’t overthink it.
