Before your appointment
Eat at least 30 minutes before.
Ensure you have valid, government-issued ID or Passport.
Minors: get FL Dept of Health consent form notarized.
Ensure you have money to pay for your tattoo or piercing.
When you arrive for your appointment
Check in at front desk.
Complete in-house consent form with ID.
Piercing clients can request/select upgradable jewelry at this time.
If you have any questions about medications you are taking or conditions you may have, you can ask your artist at this time.
Double and triple check all dates and spelling prior to placing the stencil.
Relax and breathe; don’t overthink it.
